Complete Solution Strategic Planning
Consultation
"I appreciate Yvette's practical approach for developing strategy. She is able to go deep into the projects and give them completely new dimensions. Yvette is
creative and practical at the same time, an excellent balance!"

“Out of all the people I have met through networking Yvette is the only one I have been so impressed with for her absolute ability to get the bigger picture, she can see where you want to go when others can't and she will get you there with style and class. I love this woman and cannot recommend her enough and I have been so lucky to have the opportunity to work with her”
Owner of ModoFac Central and Scarybirds.com

"I don't know how it's up there in the US, but here in Europe, business tends to become increasingly feminine. Many small business owners that i speak with, already realize this important change in the way things work. So how smart could you get to invite a woman like Yvette as your business counsellor for CRM - remember the R stands for RELATIONSHIPS."
-Ronald Wopereis
Attention Architect and author of the Theory of Attention

Case Study 4
Client: Having increased the Studio's positioning they now needed a strategy to present to officials and organizations
Brief: Following the success of the consultations there arose a need to create projects and proposals for projects that placed the studio in partnership with cultural and economic partners.
Approach: To apply insights from the Theory of Attention to develop a comprehensive strategy that addressed the needs of all key stakeholders and resolved primary, but seemingly unrelated challenges
Results: Substantial relationship with Cultural Ministry, engagement with several international partners, participation as presenter in cultural exchanges and conferences. (project ongoing)
Case Stud 5
Client: Needed help transitioning from a purely professional services to a creative enterprise
Brief: The Scarybirds project though it did very well in customer market testing, had challenges with the business model
Approach: Find the seemly unconnected to reveal an untapped market opportunity. Working closely with the creative development team  we defined the production process, and refined the merchandising direction and explored alternative business models.
Results:We created Sadistic Ophelia as a sample mascot for a newly identified market. Embracing the brand image to identify a new sales proposition based on serving therapeutic, as well as entertainment needs.
This is an ongoing collaboration.
Case Study 6
Client: A startup software company needed help with  market research
Brief: The company had decided to change the name of their flagship product and wanted to ensure it would expand market attraction
Approach: To face telling the client what they didn't want to hear and to expand awareness of market base sensitivities
Results: Avoided a costly mistake and provide evidence to support this previously unrevealed perspective

“This is a new perspective to me”, he exclaimed at the end of our conversation.
